Camp Tamarack

Exciting new challenges and adventures for children and teens Tamarack Camps allows children the opportunity to be on their own, making decisions, taking responsibility, living with others, and learning new skills. Each individual child's unique strengths and interests are nurtured, while friendships and group unity are promoted. After a summer at Tamarack Camps, children return not only with great memories, but also with a greater sense of self-esteem and self-confidence.

Our staff is talented and caring individuals committed to working with young children and adolescents in a Jewish environment. They are chosen after an intensive interview process, and they participate in extensive training. Supervisors, counselors and specialists all foster a spirit of sharing and caring that reinforces family values. Safety is at all times our top priority.

The camp environment is a wonderful place to experience Jewish life and customs. Shabbat is always warmly celebrated. Song, dance, drama and crafts are just a few of the ways in which we emphasize the universal elements common to all Jews. Kosher food service is provided at Camp Maas.
